General Policies

1. Refund Policy (Excludes Free Content)

ThriveRealEstateEducation.com Members will have access to a variety of free Continuing Education (CE) courses.  Courses that are not offered for free (such as the “Colorado Broker Reactivation” and “Colorado Broker Administration” courses) will be identified as paid courses.  Members who have purchased and enrolled in a paid course may request a full refund within three (3) days of purchase as long as the course has not been completed.

 

2. Student Completion Requirements

Members/Students who enroll in any of our courses are required to demonstrate mastery by fulfilling all of the requirements of the course, such as, but not limited to:

  • Passing lesson quizzes
  • Completing Discussion activities
  • Passing the final exam
  • Recording the minimum amount of time required for the course

Failure to fulfill the course requirements will prevent a Certificate of Completion from being issued to the Member.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. American Dream Real Estate School and its Thrive Real Estate Education website may share Member’s information with Thrive Sponsors.  You may be subject to a welcome call and/or email from one of our Sponsors. There is no obligation when speaking with Sponsors, but they typically like to welcome you to Thrive and give you a friendly reminder that you have access to the courses on this website.  Sponsors are the reason why we can provide free education and content on our platform.  Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline.

In order to use this website, you must first complete the registration form. During registration a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. To purchase a product (only applicable to paid content), you must provide contact and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you.
